SATURDAYS 2020

(MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER)  – $2200.00*

ALL OTHER MONTHS – $1000*

*Security Deposit of $500 is due at booking. (Refundable within 30 days after event minus $150 cleaning fee.)

FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS* 2020

*SUNDAYS FOLLOWED BY A FEDERAL HOLIDAY WILL BE $2200.00

Hours of Rental

Sunday – Thursday——–3:00pm to 12:00am

Fridays and Saturdays——–3:00pm to 1:00am

The Arches has the option of extending the hours if needed.

Rentals Include

Fifty 60″ round tables and 400 chairs, one bartender, one security guard,  and wireless internet . Set up of tables and chairs.

* 16’x 32′ stage can be added for a additional price

Cleaning

A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit

Not Included

Decorations, food or beverages, entertainment and linens.

Beverages

All non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are to be purchased from The Arches Banquet Hall.  A Soda and water package is available.  Open bar for alcohol is available upon request; if not, a cash bar will be open.

$250 for 3 hours of unlimited soda and water (includes cups, ice and pitchers).

$500 for all night of unlimited soda and water (includes cups, ice and pitchers).

Discounts

Discounts are available for fundraisers and non-for profits.  Prices will be discounted for dates that are not rented one month in advance.
